Headquarters of the largest bank of Russia occupies all 47 floors of the tallest building on Kutuzovskiy avenue.

From the 1st to the 40th floors, there are office spaces for different lines of business. On the upper floors, there are meeting rooms and representative offices of top management.

Particular attention was paid to the concept of a workspace focused on the activity and comfort of employees, the creation of a productive and motivating working environment – activity-based working. In addition to workplaces, different types of spaces for meetings and joint creative work, telephone booths and rooms for concentrated work have been created on each floor.

During the implementation of the project, the company faced a very difficult logistical task, on which the success of the implementation largely depended. At the time of the start of work, there were no elevators in the tower with a height of 47 floors, and to ensure efficient vertical transport, Pridex installed 3 in-shaft and 2 exterior elevators that timely moved materials and workers in 3 shifts.

At the time of the commencement of the works, the building had no facades. On the upper floors of the tower, the Pridex team organized a temporary thermal circuit that allowed finishing and engineering work to be carried out even at negative average daily ambient temperature.
