Kirill joined Pridex in 2015 as CEO and is responsible for the company’s operational management. He also oversees the administrative direction, including issues of logistics, labor protection, regulation of activities, etc.

He graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management, holds an MBA degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Joined Pridex in 2021 as Managing Director. His tasks include strategic management of the company’s activities, as well as the implementation of developed measures, including the introduction of digital technologies into business processes and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior to joining Pridex, he worked for more than 10 years in leading management positions for the SIBUR Group of Companies.

He is a graduate of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, has an MBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, and is studying under the Executive MBA program of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.

He has been working for the company since 2009. He has worked his way up from the cost estimator of the tender department to the commercial director. He represents the interests of Pridex in tenders, has unique expertise in the field of project evaluation and deep knowledge of the fit-out market. In addition, he oversees project purchases at construction sites, including the establishment of new supply channels for foreign materials and equipment, as well as the work of the design department.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.

He joined Pridex in 2010, where he has worked his way up from project manager for engineering systems to a partner. He manages the construction business unit. The total area of the facilities implemented under his supervision exceeds 500 thousand square meters, including a number of landmark projects, such as the headquarters of Sber and the Russian Helicopters holding, office spaces in the OKO tower of the Moscow City business center, etc.

He is a graduate of the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (now — Russian University of Transport) with a degree in Electric Power Supply of Electric Railways. He holds an Executive MBA degree from the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.

He has been working for the company since 2011. He started as a project manager, currently manages a construction business unit. He has more than 15 years of experience in key positions at the largest construction companies in Russia. During his time at Pridex, more than 50 projects were implemented under his leadership, including the offices of Rosbank and Rostelecom, the headquarters of the Adidas Group, the VIP zone of VTB Arena, etc.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.

He joined Pridex in 2014 as the Deputy Project Manager. He manages the construction business unit. He has extensive experience in construction, including the erection of apartment buildings and large industrial facilities. Among the key projects implemented by Timur are the headquarters of Gazprombank and Novatek, the Letovo School, etc.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.

He joined Pridex in 2017 as the Deputy Project Manager. Under Alexey’s management, this direction was separated as an independent business unit, competencies were formed for a wide range of systems, and a proprietary digital ecosystem for Multispace workspaces was introduced. Currently, he manages an internal IT integrator, oversees the development of information systems and smart office systems, setting new standards for IT technologies in this area.

He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Radio-Electronic Devices and Systems.

Joined the team in 2017, manages one of the company’s construction business units. Maxim has been in the construction industry for more than 15 years. Among the key projects implemented by his team are the renovation of the Ritz-Carlton Moscow hotel, the first WeWork office in Russia, office spaces for HeadHunter, Xiaomi, MR Group, etc.

Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering of the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction.

Joined Pridex in 2017, heads one of the company’s construction business units. Sergey has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Under his command projects for Porsche, Estee Lauder, Ritz-Carlton, etc. were implemented.

Graduate of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.

He has been working for Pridex since 2019. Prior to that, he held key financial positions working for large Russian companies from various fields — construction, investment, telecommunications, etc. Under his leadership, automation and centralization of Pridex financial processes was successfully carried out, which significantly reduced the time of preparation of accounting and management reports, increased the efficiency of budgeting construction projects, as well as improved interaction with financial institutions.

He has a higher economic education, graduated from Orenburg State University.

Igor has been working for Pridex almost from the very foundation of the company. His responsibility is personnel policy, creation of an effective system of motivation and training of employees, as well as maintaining a high level of corporate culture.

He is a graduate of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Personnel Management.

He joined Pridex in 2021. He is responsible for the entire range of the company’s public relations policy. Under his leadership, Pridex communication strategy has been developed and implemented, aimed at reformatting knowledge about the brand — not only as a key player in the development market, but also as a technology company with high expertise in the field of PropTech.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism of Togliatti State University and the Institute of Public Service and Management of the RANEPA.
