The Simple office is a symbiosis of open space, dedicated departments and offices for functional managers; the office also provides a number of areas for informal communication.

In two largest departments of the office there are dedicated zones of hot desking - they are in peculiar niches, representing tables of acrylic stone on a cylindrical base of a bar height. For the interaction of employees of different directions, a number of zones for collaborations were created — this is the library zone, with sofas and accent lamps integrated into the wall, as well as niches-buffs in the finish with soft rollers - for privacy and concentrated work.

During project implementation, the project team promptly made changes to the project documentation in accordance with the customer's wishes. Despite the fact that a number of changes affected the structures already erected at the facility, this did not have a significant impact on the final project due date. In particular, among the additional changes, the transfer of engineering systems was carried out with compliance with the ceiling elevations. Adjustments have also been made to the order of a number of long-lead finished material items and individual project products.

During the project, additional ventilation and air conditioning systems were installed to maintain comfortable conditions in the office, regardless of the time of year. Particular attention should be given to the installation of a wood fireplace in the office of the CEO of the company.

Customer feedback

During project implementation, the project team promptly made changes to the project documentation in accordance with the customer's wishes. Despite the fact that a number of changes affected the structures already erected at the site, this did not have a significant impact on the final project due date thanks to the high professional qualities of the Pridex employees and a well-functioning communication system between all project participants.

The Pridex engineering direction carried out a number of works to equip the facility with additional equipment. In particular, the general contractor installed additional ventilation plants and air conditioning systems to maintain comfortable conditions in the office, regardless of the time of year. Particular attention should be given to the installation of a wood fireplace in the office of the CEO of the company.
