MR Group Headquarters is a flexible high-tech space. It includes two main areas: a VIP area for communication with key customers and a back office with flexible workplaces.

The office is implemented based on the concept of high-tech Multispace arrangement developed by Pridex, which allows employees not only to choose independently, but also to adapt the workplace for themselves. All functions in the office are managed through a mobile application. Users book workplaces and meeting rooms, manage utility systems, multimedia, lockers, invite guests and make requests through a single application. Right at the moment of arrival at the office, employees book the most suitable place for performing current tasks – in their team, flex or in a quiet area. Offices and meeting rooms are also booked through the app. Lockers with a facial recognition system are provided for storing personal belongings.

Customer feedback

The scope of work performed by Pridex as a general contractor included the design of utility systems, the implementation of a complex of general construction and engineering works, as well as the integration and commissioning of IT infrastructure.

The MR Headquarters project included a VIP area and a back office. The utility infrastructure of the facility was implemented according to the Multispace standard, the original Pridex development, which includes the integration of a number of IT solutions.
