All functions in the office are managed through a mobile application. Users book workplaces and meeting rooms, manage utility systems, multimedia, lockers, invite guests and make requests through a single application. Right at the moment of arrival at the office, employees book the most suitable place for performing current tasks – in their team, flex or in a quiet area. Offices and meeting rooms are also booked through the app. Lockers with a facial recognition system are provided for storing personal belongings.
