Multispace Dinamo is the largest high-tech service space of the Multispace network.

An office with an area of more than 10,000 sq. m. is located in the Class A business center Arena, in the center of the Leningrad corridor.

The first floors of the space are allocated for a common infrastructure for residents — Multiclub and Multioffice, and the upper floors are allocated for corporate offices of different areas and capacities.

Multispace Dinamo is designed taking into account the hardware and software complex, the hub of which is a mobile app that allows you to use all the functionality of the office and easily solve everyday tasks in real time — for example, book workplaces and meeting rooms, send requests or look for colleagues' workplaces on the office plan. The facial recognition system successfully replaces the ACS system. It is used to identify employees while they are booking lockers, allows you to pay for orders in cafes, and integrates into guest services, eliminating the need to order passes.

The facts of booking meeting rooms and workplaces, building routes for employees thanks to Face ID terminals and lockers, as well as video analytics data allow for building a complete picture of the internal life of the office and its employees.

The collected comprehensive statistics, including more than 50 indicators of office usage and employee activity parameters, allows for conclusions about the current and projected office load.
