Multispace Paveletskaya is the first high-tech service office of the Multispace network. A new building in one of the most desired business districts of Moscow was the result of a redevelopment project in 2021.

The ground floor is the Multiclub public space with a welcome area for meeting guests with a coffee shop and a soft zone, a corporate cafe, a business lounge and a transformer space for holding various corporate events. The second floor is the Multioffice sharing space with meeting rooms of various capacities and equipment. Corporate Agile offices are located on floors 3—5.

Having obtained the second green certificate, Multispace Paveletskaya became the first office facility in Russia with BREEAM and FITWEL certificates.

Digital Multispace solutions developed by Pridex are the main and significant advantage in the market for high-quality flexible spaces. A single application with unique functionality combines the work of software modules, hardware components, utility systems and multimedia, including booking meeting rooms to perform current tasks, choosing a place by typology, technical equipment, next to colleagues or a certain team. In the application, you can always find information about the current location of colleagues, set the desired coffee preparation time, create requests for technical support, and set a meeting point for the team.
