Project St. Nickolas provided for the restoration of a significant number of original interior elements, such as stucco gypsum elements, original brickwork, historical Monier vaults, cast-iron supporting columns, which required a special approach to the work.
This project was the first residential development on the Russian market, the concept of which involved the sale of finished turnkey apartments equipped with built-in furniture, a complete kitchen and equipment.
