The office is located in a historic building Zinger House that was built at the beginning of the 20th century and it is under protection of the State.

Thanks to the renovation, the office area increased by almost a third, the number of working places increased by 20%, and the office in Zinger House became as technologically advanced as the other offices of VK in St. Petersburg, but at the same time retained the spirit and appearance of one of the most recognizable buildings of the city.

New workspaces and recreation areas were opened, infrastructure was improved and furniture and equipment were updated. Now VK office includes comfortable, ergonomic open space areas, hot desks, noise-insulated phone booths for phone calls, meeting rooms and soft areas.

PRIDEX provided a full range of general construction, and engineering services as a general contractor for the project.

Special attention in the project is paid to acoustic solutions that provide conditions for concentrated work. Suspended acoustic and decorative felt panels were installed as well as partitions with radius glazing. On the seventh floor of the building, the ceiling is decorated with baffles made in the form of tubes.

Technological solutions for office automation include dimmable lighting, controlled via tablets.

In the office there are wall paintings made by hand with images of the facades of historical buildings in St. Petersburg, where VK offices are located. This design solution adds aesthetic appeal to the space and also reminds of the rich history and culture of the city, and emphasizes the historical importance of St. Petersburg as the homeland of VK.
