The Atlas Medical Center project is a restoration of a 1960s building.

In four-story building there are: an outpatient unit for 45 areas, minimally invasive surgery, a hospital with personalized nutrition, a wide range of aesthetic medicine services, all types of radiodiagnosis, a department of preventive medicine with in-depth checkups and much more.

In addition to meeting the stringent requirements governing the construction and operation of medical facilities, the project concept provided for the arrangement of a premium interior in the building, emphasizing a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in the clinic.

Pridex implemented the project as a general contractor, having completed a complex of civil and engineering works.

Adapting a building built in the 1960s for modern use is a great challenge, especially when it comes to reprofiling for such a demanding segment as medicine. Mounting of large-sized high-tech equipment, installation of new engineering systems that meet industry requirements, ensuring compliance with current safety standards — all this requires major changes in the design of the building. In particular, the project provided for an increase in the width of the stairs in accordance with the standards, a safety zone was organized for low-mobility groups of the population, work was carried out to provide the building with a source of backup energy supply. The result of our efforts was one of the most technically advanced medical facilities.
